Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 5 business days. Once dispatched, typical delivery is:

• United States: 7 to 20 business days
• International: 10 to 25 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.

Before day 5

Your order should leave our warehouse between business day 1 and business day 5. When it ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have not received a tracking email by the end of business day 5, check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact us at support@ritual21.com.

After day 5

If your order has not shipped by business day 6, our fulfillment team is already looking into it. Please allow up to 3 additional business days for us to obtain and share tracking information.

Delivery window and tracking

Inside the expected window (up to 20 business days US, 25 international): tracking can look quiet for a while. Carriers often do not scan a package until it reaches a regional hub near you, some carriers only scan again when the package is out for delivery, and tracking databases take time to update. Certain economy services are not fully trackable online. Your order is still on its way and should arrive within the window above.

Past day 20 (US) or day 25 (international): please allow up to 5 additional business days. Most orders arrive shortly after the published window.

Past day 30 (US) or day 35 (international): we know a wait this long is frustrating. Any order this late has already been escalated to our fulfillment manager. Allow us 2 to 5 business days to investigate and we will email you an update.

How we estimate delivery

Estimated delivery = ship date + transit time. Transit time depends on the shipping option chosen at checkout and counts business days only. Holidays are factored in. Any delivery estimate shown on a product page can change until checkout is complete; the estimate in your order confirmation email is the one that applies.

Free shipping

When free shipping is offered, orders arrive within the standard 7 to 25 business day window. To keep prices low we consolidate shipments, which can occasionally delay first dispatch without affecting the overall window.

Expedited shipping

Expedited options are rarely offered so we can keep product prices low. When expedited shipping is available at checkout, delivery is typically 7 to 15 business days (US) or 10 to 20 business days (international).

Address and delivery issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional postage may apply. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, check with household members, neighbours and your building's mail area, then contact us within 7 days so we can open a carrier investigation.
